When returning, contact customer service to send the return slip, so the customer can ship the product. Upon receipt of the product and approval of the conditions, the purchase amount will be transferred minus the shipping costs for both ways. Any (if shipping was free at purchase, the customer bears the cost upon return). Shipping is free for exchanges or returns if the items sent to the customer contain an error or a significant defect. Orders are shipped after the order value is entered into the Atem Al Oud website account, and will be delivered according to the method chosen on the website. All orders are shipped and delivered to the customer by shipping companies within three to seven working days (for Saudi Arabia) and may take longer (outside Saudi Arabia). The customer can track the shipment through the shipping company. The customer bears any customs fees that may be imposed on the shipment or the return in some countries due to customs clearance.
